The small scars are really the biggest advantage. After getting it done here, my arms became the kind I can wear sleeveless tops with even if I gain weight. However, they made me not a skinny, bony arm but a straight arm. Back then I did not know my preferences, so I just went ahead with it, but if I could go back, I would ask for bony arms. The scar laser treatment they include is really generous.
