The consultation manager’s explanation was extremely lacking. I only got told things when I asked..... After the surgery, they didn’t explain the follow-up visit date or the precautions for going home in detail, so I asked separately by phone... It feels like the doctor explains things in more detail than the consultation manager But the surgery turned out well
