The doctor seemed to want to look carefully, but the consultation manager was really, really, really awful. She kept talking to me informally, and while the doctor had put a cover over my eyes to check the condition around them, she came over and tore it off as she pleased. The doctor had said to do the surgery with option A, but during the moment when the doctor stepped away, she suddenly came over and said how about doing option B instead, and then told the doctor that the patient had wanted that... The consultation manager was so terrible that even though the doctor was trying to be thorough, I still decided not to choose them.
