A few years ago I had buried sutures and eye correction done, and it turned out really naturally and well. I was young and just followed whatever the director said, and without any recommendation for canthoplasty, they only did exactly what was necessary. My family even told me I should bow to the director, and it was a really, really good decision.. It’s been about 6 years, and the eye correction has loosened a bit, but the buried sutures haven’t come undone. It just feels like my own eyes.
