The manager was really kind. The doctor had a blunt style. He answered everything I asked very honestly. He seemed confident. One thing that bothered me was that if I wanted to see the CCTV, I had to say so before surgery and pay 50,000 won. Why even? And when I asked why, they said it was because they need to press the record button. Still, in times like these, that felt a little off.
