My upper arms were huge, but they made them look slim and bony. But when I raise my arm, the lower part of the arm looks bumpy. The overall line is pretty and they remove the fat thoroughly, but they don't seem to have much finesse when it comes to the bumps. It's fine for thick-skin areas, but for liposuction on thin-skin areas, I recommend thinking carefully.
