About a year ago I had the outer canthoplasty done here, and I booked after being told during the consultation that it could be done. But on the day of surgery, the doctor looked at me and said my eyes wouldn’t benefit from outer canthoplasty and that it would be hard to open them even 1 mm. I had already paid and was lying on the operating table, so there was no way I could get out of it. If the consultation manager had told me that part, I wouldn’t have done it.
