Last year I saw an online ad and went for a consultation. My biggest concern at the time was my lower abdomen, and I liked that they consulted me realistically about that part. They said it would be better to focus on the upper abdomen, so I decided to proceed with surgery on the whole abdomen, thighs, and arms. By the time all the stitches were out after surgery, even the swelling in my feet, which had been very puffy, had gone down, but the accessory breast tissue was still there and my upper arms had almost no bruising and no change. I knew the abdomen couldn't become perfectly symmetrical and they had explained that, but this is not even close to that level. The upper belly they recommended didn't change at all, and there was also a sunken area in the lower abdomen. Since it was a revision abdominal surgery, they clearly said at consultation that it would improve a lot, but it got worse. The thighs did get smaller, but there were sunken dents everywhere. At the time I couldn't sleep and couldn't even look in the mirror when showering. I kept thinking it was just swelling and would get better, but I was anxious so I went to the hospital and met the doctor. When I told him I was worried about my abdomen, he said the surgical method couldn't create a horizontal indentation and told me to be careful about how I sat on the upper and lower abdomen, then said I was looking at him in a bad mood and went on about how doctors are people too, which really drove me crazy. He told me to come back in six months. Even if they offered a revision, I said I didn't want that doctor, and they said that wasn't possible. Revision or not, I will never go there again. I don't remember the name, but I know his face, and when I checked the website now, that doctor wasn't there. The consultation manager, operating room staff, and the person who did the aftercare were all kind.
