The director explained everything as thoroughly as possible. It was easy to understand what they meant. The consultation manager was also very kind -> I think that is mostly how they are before surgery. I liked that I could spend almost as much time with the director as I wanted. It's still newly opened, so there aren't many people, which is nice.
