They recommended osteotomy, alar reduction, and so on. It wasn't forced, but they seemed to recommend everything even if it bothered me a little. They showed before-and-after photos and it looked like the results were pretty good. The consultation manager was very kind. I liked that there was no pressure to pay a deposit.
