I had a consultation with Director Hwang. I went because I wanted cosmetic nose surgery, so I’m not sure why he also checked the functional side of my nose, but it was useful in its own way. I didn’t want alar reduction, but the manager recommended it would be good. I brought photos of the nose I wanted, and rather than asking what shape I wanted, the vibe was more like, "If we do it like this, it seems like it could be done this way." The inside of the hospital was crowded and busy.
