The doctor spoke realistically and was a bit stubborn, so I followed the doctor's opinion and I'm satisfied. It's only been two weeks, so there is still swelling, but I plan to proceed with another area at the second stage. I felt that some of the managers and front desk staff were unfriendly. They were so kind during the pre-op consultation, but when I left a message after surgery, they answered in a voice that clearly sounded annoyed. Another staff member also cut the phone off right after I tried to reschedule by phone and just as I was adjusting the date. At other plastic surgery clinics, the front desk staff were really kind. And there is no communication among them. I have to say the same thing to two or three different people. Compared with other plastic surgery clinics, the working hours may be longer and they may be tired, but since this is an expensive surgery, I want a little more courteous service.
