I went for a forehead reduction consultation. Since I went after reading reviews on the app, I didn't have high expectations. First of all, the staff were not that friendly. While I was waiting at reception, I saw an argument between a customer and a staff member, and I lost the motivation to go through with it. The doctor and the consultant were kind, and of course there was an extra charge.
