I went without a reservation and got a consultation with the manager. I thought they'd just brush it off, but they were incredibly kind. They carefully tried the lines several times and recommended the right surgery for me too. It wasn't a consultation with the doctor, but they explained things in detail, so I was satisfied with the consultation itself.
