I didn't get consultations at other hospitals, only here, and I remember the consultant speaking very well, so I was lured into booking. When I said I also wanted back and lower canthoplasty, I was told it wouldn't be effective for my eyes, so that made me think it was trustworthy and I went ahead with surgery. The staff who were there when I had surgery were all kind, but I don't know what it's like now.
