I got a consultation for revision eye surgery at a famous clinic near where I live. The front desk staff and coordinators?? were incredibly kind, and the facility was clean and nice. The waiting time was a bit long even though I had a reservation, and when I went in for the consultation, it was the manager rather than the director who consulted me. It felt like the manager's opinion carried more weight than the director's..? They also recommended a lot of different things and made the consultation atmosphere comfortable, but I felt it was a bit burdensome, so I don't think I'll have the surgery..
