I went for double-eyelid surgery consultation before. The facilities were good, but the consultation wasn't great. It felt too mechanical.. The price was also higher than nearby hospitals, so I went elsewhere. Even if it's a bit of a hassle, if you're going to do it in Incheon, I recommend checking out all the nearby hospitals.
