Director... even if I came in and talked based on information I got wrong, was it really necessary to snap at me like that.. So unfriendly. I don’t think you’d be unable to perform the surgery, but it doesn’t look like you really want to make money. The only good thing was that there was no pushy reservation pressure. That was the only good thing ^^
