The director is extremely cynical lol. First I said I wanted a buried-suture method, and he said that I was the kind of tissue where buried sutures would work, but just do buried sutures and if it loosens in five years, then get an incision later If I'm not mentally ready right now, just do buried sutures and do the incision later. He kept saying that. I don't think anyone doing their first surgery is planning for a revision, but he explained it all so easily and simply that it made me a little..
