The front desk is unfriendly. The system is to consult with the consultation manager first, then with the doctor. The doctor’s style felt a bit different from the usual plastic surgery doctor, so I was caught off guard, but I think he was trying to show his own kind of friendliness. He recommended the double-loop buried suture method he developed himself, and if I asked something in a way that showed I didn’t understand, he answered very thoroughly about it.
