The doctor suddenly used informal speech with me out of nowhere, which caught me off guard, but well, I went in expecting a lot because the reviews were good. Still, the hospital looked outdated compared to other hospitals, so that did make a difference. The nurses were neither especially kind nor rude, just talked in a way that didn’t make me feel bad..
