I had surgery about 4 years ago. I'm satisfied with the shape itself, but the height of the breasts differs by about 1 cm, and the double line is severe. When I asked about the double line, they just brushed it off and sent me away, saying it was well done at this level… The other staff were kind, but the doctor is too abrupt, and there is definitely a feeling of just giving it a cursory look. He also said the difference in breast height was due to my posture. Even when I checked in the mirror with my shoulders level, the height difference was still severe… I'm looking into revision surgery.
