I went for a consultation because I had no chest and both sides were uneven, which was a complex of mine. Maybe it was peak time that day, because there were a lot of people waiting and they seemed busy. During the consultation, they explained that my asymmetry was worse than expected and that compared with other people, it would not be an easy surgery. Still, they reassured me that I didn't need to worry too much and carefully explained the right implant and incision method, which was nice. The manager also didn't pressure me, so it was comfortable to go for a consultation.
