I went for a consultation on a weekday, so there weren't many people. The consultation manager met with me first without any waiting time, carefully looked over the design I wanted and the photos, and was kind, which I liked. The director was also kind and explained things well, but it felt like we weren't quite communicating with each other..? That was a little frustrating!

The manager was kind, but I think they were too kind. It felt a bit burdensome. The wait was a little long, and the doctor looked tired. Still, they seemed to explain things fairly thoroughly. But the doctor's style is not a gentle one…
