The manager was kind, but I think they were too kind. It felt a bit burdensome. The wait was a little long, and the doctor looked tired. Still, they seemed to explain things fairly thoroughly. But the doctor's style is not a gentle one. When shaping the line, they used a pointed pair of tweezers, so it hurt a little. The manager pushes for reservations. The tone is polite, but the content is basically, 'Please make a reservation!'
