They explained that rather than simply making it smaller, it is important to consider the original nose shape and overall proportions, which made it easy to understand. I also asked various questions about the incision method and the possibility of scarring, and they explained each point, which was helpful lol. In particular, they explained what needs to be considered when reducing only the nostrils, which cleared up some of my vague questions.
