The consultation manager is truly legendary in how bad they are… All the staff are unfriendly. The consultation took over two hours (an hour and a half of waiting). Reservations are basically meaningless^^ You should allow plenty of time. I only had one procedure, cheekbone reduction. There were no side effects, and it looks natural. Nobody knows; people around me just say I look like I lost weight in my face. But during the consultation, they acted as if they would show me the CCTV footage properly, then on the day of surgery they said they could not show it because I had not signed some consent form. It seems I was not the only one who could not see it, so keep that in mind. The chief director was kind and warm. I do not know how aftercare is elsewhere, but it seemed adequate… But the consultation manager really…
