The director is really, really nice T_T When he touched my face with his hands, I even felt that these were the hands of someone who must be extremely good at surgery. When I first went into the consultation, the coordinator said something like, “Even if you get hit with blunt facts, don't be hurt,” so I went in expecting that, but he was just warm, kind, explained things extremely well, and was great. But director… if you happen to see this, I really think you need to replace the staff T_T Whenever I saw the director, he gave off an overwhelmingly professional feeling, whether in the quality of the consultation or just his overall manner. But the staff are so… they really lower the quality of the clinic… I hope people who match the director's atmosphere and tone join the clinic—people who feel like they have worked there a long time, are professional, and are kind. Even though I really want surgery from the director, I end up thinking, “Ah, maybe I should try another clinic”
