When you talk to the doctor, you can feel that they put a lot of effort into the aesthetic side. I really thought, if I just leave it here, my nose will come out beautifully.. But they use the septum, so it didn't suit me because I wanted ear cartilage. Also, since this was a case of lowering an upturned nose, I felt stability was more important than the line, so I passed. If your nose isn't an upturned nose or another difficult case, I think you can trust them with it. The line is really pretty.
