I went for a first nose surgery consultation. After consulting with the manager, the director came in and explained things in detail. He drew pictures on a tablet and explained them in an easy-to-understand way. He kindly answered the questions I asked, and after the consultation with the director, I had another consultation with the manager. Personally, this was a hospital I liked because everyone was so kind and the explanations were so detailed.
