The consultation manager seemed a bit honest, which I liked. There aren't many consultation managers who say things like, "I don't think you need to do this?" Honestly, so I felt the sincerity stood out, and after getting eye surgery here, I couldn't say I was 100% satisfied, but others all said it came out well, and I'm about 90% satisfied too.
