  The consultation manager seemed a bit honest, which I liked. There aren't many consultation managers who say things like, "I don't think you need to do this?" Honestly, so I felt the sincerity stood out, and after getting eye surgery here…

  I went in for a consultation, but the director was in surgery so I couldn’t meet them. That was disappointing.
