The clinic where I got my first double-eyelid surgery in my early 20s. I came in because I was curious what the reviews were like after searching around this community, and the reviews were surprisingly good, so I was shocked and decided to leave a post. First I consulted with the manager and then with the surgeon. They roughly set the line, asked if this was okay, I said okay, picked a date, and went ahead with surgery. After the surgery, the double-eyelid lines were uneven, so I made an appointment and first talked to the consultation manager to complain. She acted like I was the one being unreasonable, saying she wasn’t refusing to help or anything. Then I met the surgeon, who redid the uneven line, and when I said the line was too thin, they brought up an additional fee. When I asked how much, he got really angry and shouted for me to talk to the manager about the cost! Then I had a second revision under local anesthesia only, with no sedation, and before the anesthetic had even fully kicked in, he immediately brought the scalpel down. I said it hurt so much, and he said it would be fine after a little while. The result did not correct the asymmetry at all, and the double-eyelid line has completely loosened.
