Even if it's not the result I wanted, they keep insisting that it was their surgery. Before the surgery, they talk as if they can make everything happen, but once you go back to complain, it's "you are wrong and I am right about everything." If said nicely, they're confident; if said honestly, they're arrogant. And then they tell you to get a revision surgery and hand over more money, as if they're doing you a favor by offering a discount.
