The doctor explained in detail and very clearly what kind of surgery would be needed and how it would be done, even drawing a picture while explaining. - They explained exactly why surgeries that weren’t necessary weren’t necessary, and clearly explained the pros and cons of the surgery that would be done. - I liked that they recommended only the surgeries that would really be good rather than what would make money, while trying to match what I wanted as much as possible and taking safety seriously. I had already visited about 4 other places, and even after this place I still had reservations booked, but after consulting with the doctor I felt like I wanted to do it here, so I made a reservation, and if I can post a surgery review, I will. As for the hospital facilities, I felt the waiting room was a bit small? But that was because there were a lot of people when I went... haha. If there had been no people, hmm? No, actually seeing how many people there were and the reserved schedule made me think, ah, I should do it here...? The waiting time was a bit long... because, as I said, there were a lot of people.
