Right from the start, I had a strong feeling that this hospital was trying to push me toward saying it was rhinitis, but after going around to other hospitals, they said it wasn't rhinitis. And looking back later, the way they tried to lure me in with event discounts, insurance money, and such made it worse, so I cut them off right after visiting the second hospital. The doctor was kind, but robotic, and from the moment the consultation coordinator said that nose surgery was so simple you could just mark the spot and operate, I lost trust.
