Hmm... it’s a one-doctor clinic, and the director being kind is a big plus, but I wasn’t that satisfied with the surgery I already had a high nasal bridge, so I only wanted the tip done, not the bridge, but they said if I didn’t use silicone it would end up bumpy.. Still, it’s my nose, so in the end I didn’t do the bridge. The problem is that the tip ended up way too round, so my nose looks longer, and I’ve even heard people say it looks like there’s a metal ball stuffed just in the tip
