When I consulted with the director, he said he could do it in the size I wanted, and the consultation was fine. The manager was kind too, and overall it was not bad. Maybe because the director has many years of experience, there was a sense of ease. It seems okay, so I think I should compare it with other hospitals and decide whether to have the surgery.
