7 years ago, after getting Motiva 250cc/320cc implants at a now-closed hospital, I ended up living with rock-hard breasts, and now I finally decided to get rid of these little stones too, so I had revision surgery. 400cc Mentor, plus some kind of breast stem-cell filler?? (This was incredibly expensive. Since my chest was very small and my breasts were small too, they recommended it along with the filler.) I don't know what kind of anesthetic they used, but after the surgery I didn't feel bad at all, and as soon as I woke up I went home happily and even played games. Since it was a revision, the first night hurt like crazy. But there was really very little discomfort with movement. It's been half a year now and I'm very satisfied. I didn't know breasts could be this soft. Bongbong is expensive, but they seem good at surgery.
