I went for a consultation because I wanted philtrum reduction and mouth-corner surgery. The director was kind, but didn't really seem to have a lot of knowledge, and the doctor looked very busy.., it felt like the consultation was really only 2 or 3 minutes? I had a lot I wanted to ask, but maybe because I went in just a little before surgery, he came in briefly and left quickly. For an appointment-based consultation, the waiting time was still somewhat long.
