I originally planned to do the nose and philtrum separately, but they said I could do them together, so I got a consultation. The consultation manager explained things calmly and well, and the doctor also explained things step by step, which was nice. Since this is a revision surgery and I now want something natural, they said they would operate in the direction I want. They also said they handle the philtrum well without pushing anything excessive, so I trust them
