It's been a little over a year since my nose surgery. The counselor was extremely pushy about making me book and kept fighting with me over the price, which was annoying... They were also very pushy about cash payment. Their attitude would swing from kind to rude depending on the day;; From other reviews it seems like they've quit now, so that's a relief lol The doctor's consultation was extremely kind and the explanations were very detailed. They had very clear philosophy and a very clear idea of the nose shape they wanted. I had no problem in that respect because my direction and the doctor's direction were the same, but it seems like they would operate according to the shape they want rather than the shape the patient wants. Still, because I felt the doctor's aesthetic sense was excellent... maybe it's not bad to just leave it to the doctor? They know how to understand the overall issues and detailed points of the patient's face accurately. I'm also quite sensitive about eyes, so I had a very clear idea of what I wanted too (I wanted only a very slight bridge augmentation and wanted to focus on improving the bulbous nose and removing the columella at the tip), and since my opinion matched the doctor's, the consultation went very smoothly. A friend of mine whom I recommended went for a nose consultation, but the doctor told her to also do the eyes and fat grafting. When she said she didn't want that, the doctor said her view of the world was narrow(?), and she came back almost completely scolded, apparently lol. My friend is timid, so she couldn't say anything and just got scolded After that, I stopped recommending it to people around me. Still, in the end it turned out unbelievably natural and good. Everyone who knows I had surgery says it came out so well that they want to get nose surgery too, and my parents, who were shocked when I first came home after surgery, now say I did a good job. People who don't know I had surgery just think I lost weight or that I look pretty these days. It's extremely natural. I really recommend it to people who are sensitive to any sense of foreignness in a person's face. I'm that kind of person, which is why I had it done here.
