This is an old hospital with just one doctor. The buried double-eyelid surgery I had done in Gangnam came undone, so I had revision surgery here. I do not recommend partial incision. I went there through an acquaintance because I was too lazy to shop around, and after doing it here, it came undone again in 3 or 4 years. From the start, they make the line really tiny. They made it even smaller than the line from my first surgery, so it became an overlapping double eyelid and then came undone. Sigh... My mom had it done too while we were at it, but they made it so tiny that it looks like no double eyelid at all.
