I found this place while looking for a place to do it in Nowon, and I heard they are good at eye surgery, so I went for a consultation. They clearly told me what needed to be done. They seemed confident, and I didn't particularly get the feeling that they were rude, but it's possible that I feel that way because the consultation was years ago.. Anyway, after going around for consultations, I was deciding between two places, and this was one of them.
