The doctor is extremely arrogant. They were defensive during the consultation and had a bad expression. The consultation manager was also unfriendly, following the doctor's attitude. The atmosphere of the hospital itself is stiff. Looking at the surgery result photos, the outcomes aren't even that good. I think the doctor should have some humility about their own skill.
