The director has such a bossy, old-school style, and the hospital atmosphere is heavy. When I was consulting with the director, two staff members who seemed like coordinators came in together and were taking notes on the consultation. It was the first time I'd experienced that, and it was uncomfortable. The director seemed to push his own surgery style and recommended excessive surgery, which was a rather unpleasant experience.
