I had revision nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage. It was good that it was covered by insurance, including the rhinitis surgery. I had developed inflammation because I hadn't taken good care of it, but they handled the aftercare very well. The hospital director and staff were all extremely kind, and people around me keep complimenting how pretty my nose line is. But the incision scar is very visible, so that's disappointing... It was cheap for a third revision surgery, so I had some doubts, but I'm super satisfied.
