My nostrils were uneven, my nose looked lifted, and my columella was recessed. I asked them to make it natural with a half-moon line, but it ended up flashy. I'm scared to get surgery again, so I'm just living with it. Still, I haven't had any functional problems for 10 years. Thankfully, no contracture either.
