They accept consultation applications on the 1st of every month. It's first come, first served for 100 people, so you have to hurry and go early. During peak season even more people apply, so the first-come first-served spots fill up very early. If you succeed in applying for a consultation, you can get one, and they give you a plastic surgery booklet. Just looking at that made me feel very confident about them..
