It seems like the consultation and surgery dates are always fully booked. My mother had surgery there about 10 years ago, and she's doing well without side effects. The fact that the same doctor is still there makes me think they must have a lot of experience too.. My consultation wasn't incredibly kind or long, but they told me exactly what I needed and didn't recommend anything extra. It would be better if the explanations were a little more detailed.
